Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method & Carrier We ship all orders via Australia Post standard shipping. We currently deliver to Australian addresses only.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery through Australia Post.

Lost or Damaged Orders In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit by Australia Post, we will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund for you. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your order has been lost.
